Introduction

This is a baking blog, which is by no means an original idea. However, there are three reasons for its creation:

1) I frequently get asked for my recipes, and this seems like an excellent way to share them.
2) I'm really good at losing recipes, this will keep them all in one location.
3) I'm kind of a big deal when it comes to baking.
